We politely request that the use of mobile phones for voice calls is avoided where possible during your salon visit. We value our relaxing atmosphere. Therefore, we ask if you could use earphones for music and media to avoid any unnecessary interruptions. We have complimentary BT guest wifi for your convenience to use during your visit.
We are able to store your belongings in our cloak room, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to your possessions and request that you keep all valuables on your person.
We take every precaution to protect your clothes during your visit, we politely request you avoid wearing any high neck items, as these are difficult to work around. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to items of clothing during your visit, however rare this happens, so please be mindful of what you choose to wear for colour appointments.
Please inform your stylist at the earliest opportunity if you have any medical conditions that as your hairdresser we need to know about. This includes any allergies or allergic reactions. Your health and safety is our priority.
This information applies if you are having any colour or highlight services. The use of hair dyes is strictly regulated and their ingredients are approved for use in hair colour in the UK, Europe and across the world. However, an allergy can develop over time so it is possible that you could have an allergic reaction even if you have not had one in the past. Therefore, we require all clients to follow our allergy testing procedure. New colour clients to the salon will need to have a skin allergy test at least 48 hours prior to any colour service. Existing colour clients who have not had a colour in the preceding 6 months will need to complete an allergy alert questionnaire, and may need a skin test a minimum of 48 hours prior to their colour appointment. This questionnaire can be done over the phone or in the salon. If you have a reaction to either an allergy test or a colour you must seek medical advice and inform your stylist who will update your records. If you have any concerns please speak to your stylist who will be able to advise you further. We take your health and safety seriously and follow all health and safety legislation.
Children are welcome in our salon at all times, we only request parents take responsibility for them to ensure their safety and maintain a relaxing salon ambience.
We are unable to colour children’s hair due to manufactures’ guidelines and Insurance restrictions.
We appreciate that you try to arrive early or on time for your appointment, and understand that sometimes things outside of your control can hamper this. We will always do whatever we can to accommodate you. This may mean another stylist assisting in your service or a slight delay to switch with another client. As a last resort we may have to reschedule the appointment. We assure you this will only be the case if all other options have been exhausted.

We have a Tesco store close by with 2 hours free parking. There is also on street parking outside of the salon and along Braunstone Gate. This is restricted to 1 hour up until 4pm; there are no restrictions after 4pm. There are also pay and display options on the surrounding streets, varying from 3 hours for 50p to 24 hours for £3.
